Refund policy
Online orders
If you would like to return socks you will need to do the following;
* Contact us via email formschoolapparel@gmail.com
* Socks must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt
* Socks must be unworn with all packaging in place. For hygiene reason reasons we will not refund socks that have been worn/tried on or removed from its packaging as these items would not be resalable
* Postage and delivery charges on returns and refunds are not the responsibility of Form School Apparel unless there is a quality issue or order mistake.
* Please do not return socks unless it has been approved for return by Form School Apparel. It is advisable when returning socks from outside the EU, you check with your selected shipper that the method you are sending them with will not result in Form School incurring customs charges, as we will not be liable for these charges and this may result in your package being returned to you.
